Peter Mitskevich has been IFL Russia’s pastor and the voice of Chuck Swindoll in Russian since 1998. For the last 21 years, he and Tatiana have served on the ground in Moscow.
The city of Ephesus, where Timothy lived and ministered, boasted a freshwater delivery and sewage removal system complete with aqueducts and terra cotta pipes for distribution and disposal at sea.
The Son proceeds from the Father like radiance from glory. Although one is distinct from the other, it is impossible for the one to exist without the other. There never was a time when glory existed without its radiance.

Despite their "in-control" exterior, men often feel like imposters and are insecure that their inadequacies will be discovered.
Chuck’s wooden pulpit at Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco, Texas, bears a hand-carved Bible overlaid by a sword. That symbol speaks to Chuck’s answer when asked how he feels behind the pulpit. “I feel invincible.”
God’s work is sacred. So when a person engaged in ministry repeatedly defies God’s high and holy standards, that individual is to be removed.
Now, to help fulfil Vision 195, Terry will be our lead trainer for pastors around the world who will, in turn, teach others. Terry will pass along methods based on the same ones he learned in his first seminary class.
In other words, protestants in Russia can now only speak of their faith on their church grounds. This includes Insight for Living Russia’s pastor, Peter Mitskevich, and the members of the church he also pastors, Golgotha Baptist.
