John Wycliffe is often called the great-grandfather of the Reformation, who planted the seeds for John Huss and Martin Luther. He was a brave man during a tumultuous time and obeyed God’s call, speaking the truth regardless of the outcome.
Lloyd-Jones wrote, “I preached the messages to the people in the hope that they might help them, and strengthen their faith, in the critical days through which we are passing.” He is known for his deep commitment to Bible exposition.
For over 50 years, H.A. Ironside preached the Word of God in the United States and around the world and wrote more than 80 books, 51 of which were expositions on books of the Bible.
Multiplication—that’s God’s aim. God is exalting Himself from one person to another, from one language to another, from one pastor to another, and from one country to another.
Bonhoeffer’s joyfulness was forged from his unshakeable confidence in God. His immense view of Christ enabled him to remain joyful amid his circumstances. Let us heed the example of Bonhoeffer in these days.

Peace. Whisper the word to yourself and you can almost feel your heart relax. When you’re at peace, you feel an inner confidence that things are not running wild—regardless of the circumstances. Your mind is at rest.
Hilarious generosity begins with contentment. It’s being satisfied with and grateful for all we have and are able to experience. We must understand what contentment is...and what it is not.
