Revelation is notoriously considered the most difficult of all the Bible books…completely unique, full of symbols, and awesome in scope. Regrettably, Revelation has occasionally become the playground of religious eccentrics, fodder for prophecy “fanatics” who seem compelled to find in Revelation a detailed end-times timetable—right down to the very day of the Lord’s return.
“You can’t judge a book by its cover”—that’s a phrase we’ve all heard before. What’s true of people is also true of churches—you can’t tell the effectiveness of a church by its building. To discover the traits of an effective church, we have to examine what’s on the inside. Fortunately, Jesus Himself shows us what to look for.

The glory of the Lord was revealed in the most humble way—in a way no one expected. One day we will really understand what the word “glory” means, but for now, all we know is it's one of the heaviest and weightiest words we can use to describe our Saviour.
Satan’s aim is to destroy God’s creation. But his strength is limited and his days are numbered. He’s the ultimate loser. And he’s a defeated foe. Just read the book of Revelation.
