By the time we get to our someday, we ought to be at peace each day with what God has provided today.
When was the last time you blessed a teenager? When was the last time you had a Coke with some of them?
If you rewound the tape on your conversations in your home or at church or at the workplace where you interact closely with others, would you hear words that hurt or words that encourage?
What your mind needs today is new leadership. It’s time for a shake-up in your thought life! Yield to the Spirit!
Though God desires we step out in faith and follow Him, not knowing all the details, He invites us to seek Him—to search His Word and receive His instructive wisdom.
In our hyper-efficient, GPS-guided culture, walking by faith is often considered weird, reckless, and irresponsible.
Our past at times can haunt us and keep us from experiencing God’s best for our future.
I know few joys like the joy of sudden discovery. Instantly forgotten is the pain and expense of the search, the inconveniences, the hours, the sacrifices. Bathed in the ecstasy of discovery, time stands still.
