Our difficult past can cause us to automatically distrust others and lose faith in the goodness of others. Traffic in love today, especially as it relates to those around you. Leave everything else to the Lord. He knows everything anyway.
Consider going out on a limb: ask God to let you help someone in urgent distress in the immediate future. Be sensitive and stay alert. He’s going to answer your request!
As you rub shoulders with hungry, thirsty, and curious unbelievers, keep these principles in mind. Let’s become more alert to those empty chariot sidecars God wants us to occupy.
Ask the Lord to provide an opportunity for you to be His messenger. As soon as that opportunity presents itself, open your mouth and share the Good News about Christ. Then watch Him work.
We have a unique opportunity to stem the rising tide of suicide and depression by being the hands and feet of Christ. And teaching our kids to be the same.
In a word, gratitude flows from contentment. Feeling comfortable and secure with where you are and who you are.
Can you? Be honest, now. When privileged information passes through one of the gates of your senses, does it remain within the walls of your mind? Or is it only a matter of time before a leak occurs?
