Read 1 Peter 4:19

If you are a hard-working, faithful employee, diligent, honest, productive, prompt, caring, working for a boss who is belligerent, stubborn, short-sighted, and ungrateful, and if you patiently endure that situation—that finds favour with God. 

When you endure, you put grace on display. And when you put grace on display for the glory of God, you could revolutionise your workplace or any other situation. 

The purpose of the believer in society is to bring glory and honour to the name of Christ, not to be treated well or to have life be easy or even to be happy, as wonderful as all those things are. 

Why are these things happening to you? So that you might follow in the steps of our Lord Jesus, who suffered for us.
