If you were to read it in the original text of John 3:16 as John wrote it, “Houtos gar egapesen ho Theos ton kosmon” those Greek words do not begin with God. The direct translation is, “So much, so much does He love that is God the world.” Sounds out of order, but it’s out of order for the sake of emphasis. It’s about God’s love. It isn’t about so much healing, it’s about the love of God coming to the rescue of men and women in their needs. He says it’s about Gods love. That beginning adverb emphasizes the degree or the extent of the Father’s love.
